The M1M Garand Service Rifle


The M1M Garand rifle has been offered as a modern alternative to the newer and more expensive service rifles offered. While you could purchase weapons such as the M16A3 rifle in 5.56mm NATO, your nation probably prefers the good old 7.62mm NATO round that your country uses now or have the larger round as a better alternative for your armed services. Your existing M1 Garand rifles can be converted to the M1M standard or be purchased as a new weapon. It is also available in a 18.5 inch carbine variant. It has a selective-fire mechanism that fires both semi-automatic and full-automatic fire. It feeds from M14 magazines and can be converted back to M1 bloc clips by adding a special device into the M1M's magazine well that can be used for emergency fire. Also available in a automatic rifle variant that has a heavier barrel, built-in bipod, automatic fire only mode, quick-change barrel, and the ability to use a belt as well as M14 magazines.
