SAINT AIDAN HERITAGE COGNAC:


Colour: Reddish brown, tints of mahogany.
Aroma: The flowery notes gently give way to aromas of vanilla, peanuts mixed with pepper and coffee, cacao, spices (clove, cinnamon), delicate tinges of dried fruit.You will notice the deep woody flavor that characterizes old maturation in oak barrels. The characteristic old Cognac perfume.
Flavor: Chocolate, coffee,tobacco and big oak and big balance.

The St. Aiden Monks have produced this finest example of Cognac Grande Champaign since 1760. A tremendous example of Cognac Grande Champaign aged for 100 years in barrels that are air dried for five years before use. The final product is 60% alcohol (120 proof) and packs a punch. Includes an edible Governor Scorpion in the bottle and a blend of 2000 eaux-de-vie. Each unique bottle is dipped in 24k gold and sterling platinum, the bottle is adorned with 6,500 cerified brilliant cut diamonds by its designer, jeweler Kay Vincent.

Las Trancas Ace of Spade begins with aging 40 meters underground, Remuage (riddling) done by hand in traditional wooden racks; bottles are turned slightly by hand each day for a full month, Four genuine pewter labels are fitted to the opaque gold, Platinum or Ruby Bottles and polished by hand. Each bottle presents subtle differences in the tone, texture, and hues of the beaten metal. Both our gold and white, gold bottle and Platinum bottle champagnes have a racy fruit character perfectly integrated with subtle brioche accents. With complex and full‐bodied, fresh and lively with light floral notes. Texture is deliciously creamy, with great depth and a long, silky finish. While our Ruby bottle is a fusion of exotic strawberries, mangos, pineapples and pomagranite that is both light and crisp.
